WARRINGTON TWP., Pa — State Police are investigating the death of a York County man who died 10-days after being assaulted on the job.
59-year-old Juan Pozar Felipe was injured at his workplace, Strathmeyer Trees in Warrington Township, on September 9th. He was found at the employee barracks on Ziegler Road one day later and rushed to the hospital. Pozar Felipe was suffering from head trauma.
While at York Hospital, his condition deteriorated, resulting in his death in the early morning hours of September 19th.
The York County Coroner’s office says Pozar Felipe suffered blunt force head trauma during the assault. An autopsy is scheduled for 8:00 a.m. Monday at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown.
